Getting in touch
There is no contact form. Email links open your email app, and phone links open your calling app. Nothing is sent simply by opening either link.
Your message
MortalityStudio uses the name, contact details and message you provide to reply and discuss your project. Please do not include passwords or other sensitive information in an initial enquiry. Getting in touch does not subscribe you to a newsletter.
Using the website
Fonts and project images are served by the website itself. There is no embedded chat widget. Project links and the LinkedIn link open separate websites with their own privacy practices.
YouTube video
The marketing and engineering page embeds a YouTube player using youtube-nocookie.com. Loading the player connects your browser to YouTube and Google services, which receive technical connection data. Playback and any signed-in activity follow those providers’ privacy practices. The video does not autoplay. The accompanying YouTube link opens the original video on a separate website.
Google Analytics and cookies
Google Analytics runs on the public marketing website at mortalitystudio.com. Google Analytics is disabled on local previews, the chatgpt.site preview address and the demo subdomain.
Google Analytics 4 starts collecting data automatically when you open the public marketing website, without waiting for a choice in the cookie notice. The notice is informational only. Clicking “Close” or otherwise dismissing it does not stop data collection or disable analytics cookies. Dismissing the notice is not treated as your consent.
Analytics measures visits, referral sources, campaigns, page use and clicks on phone and email links. Google receives information about pages viewed, visit timing, browsers and devices. Connecting to Google servers also transmits technical connection data from your browser. A contact-link click does not mean you placed a call or sent a message. We do not collect message contents.
GA4 uses first-party cookies such as “_ga” and “_ga_…” to distinguish visits and sessions. This configuration sets their expiry to up to 180 days without automatically extending it on each visit. Google Signals and advertising personalization signals are disabled.
We store only the notice-dismissal time in your browser for up to 180 days (“mortalitystudio.analytics-notice.v1”), so you do not have to dismiss it on each page. This record does not control Google Analytics. Reopen the notice using “About analytics” in the footer.

Email and phone
When you choose an external communication service, its provider also processes data under its own terms. Emails and phone calls are not handled through this website.
